I was fixing to sign up, until I saw the cost. Thought deep and hard about it, but felt the $$$ was better suited for my family.

Anyone know the specifics yet? Numbered takeoff? Trailering? Field of 250 boats? Not fishing the tournament but will be on the lake, trying to put together a plan on where and what time to launch.

If anyone loses a lower unit there, I have a used Yamaha SHO lower unit for a 250hp. Ready to bolt on.

Dang Buda. Isn't any way I would go out there fun fishing with a 250 boat tourney on the water especially if the current wind forecast holds which happens to be nearly the exact same as it was for Champs which really pissed me off. The check in and meetings are Friday afternoon. Sounds like it went fairly smooth in the first event and apparently they put on a pretty good show at the weigh in and time leading up to it. It's definitely going out of the marina but not sure on how the take off will work.
