My stance is all gun laws are unconstitutional. I don't even own a gun......but this is the correct answer.

It's a slippery slope. It won't stop at your four bullet points. Why should they stop there? Read the article. They didn't stop car safety at seatbelts. They keep making them safer and safer. Auto deaths have been reduced by 95% (per hundred million vehicle miles traveled) over the last 100 years. Why shouldn't we keep working on making guns safer and safer as well. There are lots of ways to do that beyond restrictions. Well please explain how you make a gun safer. A gun does nothing unless a human does something. Guns by themselves are not dangerous. Humans make them dangerous

The main group that wants to "control" firearms is the Left. The Left doesn't give a rip about anyone's life. They want control. They want the American people to be defenseless. It has happened too many times in history to be anything different here. The Left will want more and more laws and restrictions and eventually, when that doesn't work, they will want total elimination.
PS - the latest mass shooting in Colorado was in a "Gun Free" zone. Spot on. Why are gunshot victims so much more horrific than abortion? Can't say I agree or disagree but please keep opinions like this coming. I can't get this to the Bunker with some of the other "softball" opinions.

I've said for years...very few people are against background checks, but many, many people are against a gun registry.
Why don't they let ATF agents pose as gun buyers and charge anyone who tries to sell without a check? It's an easy way to achieve what the majority wants on both sides (more checks, no database).
As for the others, I'm fine with them. I am NOT fine with a database of guns that the government is in charge of. In England, they can't even own most knives anymore. It's not like this would be the first or second time they've taken away firearms. The left doesn't even know if they're male or female - you think they respect the rights of people they violently disagree with? Hardly...

My stance is all gun laws are unconstitutional. Honest question - should people be able to own any and all weapons? Including nuclear?

That’s just silly; the constitution was written well before nuclear weapons and thus does not apply to nuclear weapons.

Which part of our constitution says "but not these?" I think a bunch of felons should be able to legally own firearms too. Not all, but many.

I'm more interested in an armed fighter jet but to be honest, I hate flying.

More people choke to death on hotdogs annually than are killed by all kinds of rifles added together......like 3-1 Link? FBI and DOJ stats are produced every year....studied it since I was 20..... 300 or so killings by all rifles annually is an average plus or minus 20 or 30...... in 2019 there were 5k choking deaths..... so I understated the ridiculousness of banning AR's or any other rifle.....go do your own research
