But...for real...the best is Wingfield in oak cliff. Nationally ranked in the top 5. Lol- Not many gonna know about this place- But those big ‘ol burgers are good eating- If you consider the hood of your car as a sit down place; then yes Wingfield’s. Legendary Maple and Motor very very good The Loon burger was right up there with Maple and Motor. Haven’t eaten at any of the above in 17 years. No love for Bottlecap Alley? What kind of fries do they serve? They make real fries from real potatoes. What about that Old Town Icehouse place in Keller? Steak fries? Good burgers, cold beer, and the scenery is outstanding. There's a guy that's always there that almost strokes out over college football though.

If you are saying a Chain place I like hopdoddy. Thats what I intended but then, as always, they go off the rails... so I said forget it, post whatever burger place. Not enough bear spray to control this crowd.

Has to be Red Robin right? Those steak fries are awesome and they keep bringing them...
I am going Red Robin. Their burgers are ok. They specialize in giant stacked odd toppings that require a normal human to un-hinge their lower jaw like a python to get it into their mouths. But, Red Robin is a kid's joint. It is a haven of kid snot bacteria and screaming noise in the upper db levels. I agree with this, which is why I avoid places like Red Robin and Bucees or any other place full of people and their kids. I must be getting old. They have a "tavern house" menu or something like that. The burgers are reasonable size not huge and only 6.99 with all the you can eat fries. Thats the one I get usually... esp since I know I am getting half of whatever sandwhich the wife orders. IDK we like the Red Robin. We do sit in the bar area though, so no kids to contend with. 21 and older only.
