When I had our exterior painted a couple summers back I know the contractor wished he was getting paid by the hour. He underestimated the size of the job and it took him about a week longer than they thought it would. They did a great job. They didn't rush it, and even came back after the roofers and gutter replacement was done to touch things up for no charge. Gave him and his trim painter a nice tip. Paying by the hour would have killed my bank account. They did a lot of dry rot repair/trim replacement as part of the job. You get what you pay for. Nice if you can see homes that they have recently painted. I should hire the interior painting to be done. I've been working on it off and on, taking me forever. LOL!

May you be treated the way you treat other people, today and everyday!

Here is a tip. Write the room name on every paint can. If you need to repaint in the future, you have the paint can with the name of the rom written on the side. It would also be smart to keep a file with paint colors chosen and the paint sample card.

Your tip . We did that when we had the interior painted years ago . It was really nice to have that information every time we fixed nail pops or a crack repair .
