I can **officially** say I'm down 12 pounds this morning since January 1 (223) I was 211 this morning...

I can **officially** say I'm down 12 pounds this morning since January 1 (223) I was 211 this morning... Dude, that is awesome! I know you feel better, too. Let's all keep whittling away at the weight. All it takes is staying with it. Nobody is in a big hurry. It's such a simple equation....burn more calories than you consume. That's it! I know Sunday won't be the best of days for dieting, but I also know that I won't blow it all in one day. We've worked too hard so far...

I started last Feb. Right when the pandemic hit. I was 238 . yesterday morning I weighed in at.......  ..........208. My goal is get to 200 and maintain. the last 8 have been like trying to get rid of bad in-laws.
Just want to make folks smile, and spit coffee on their keyboard.
If you put beans in your chili, you don't know beans about chili.
God doesn't create temporary people, you will spend eternity somewhere. Choose wisely.
