It was our first ever tournament and I must agree it was brutal. We felt good getting the four fish we got. We have no doubt we could have had 7 but with water coming over the front and our feet wet we decided it was better to fish kinda out of the wind. We caught our two big fish right away and tried toughing it out, but it just wasn’t worth it to us old guys.

Yes sir! Gonna be tough to beat but the next 2 tourneys will give it a run! Sandlin in Feb and Fork in March! With the new big fish pot that fish paid $500 and if it holds up another $500 for big fish of the year and an a mount! How awesome is that! Payouts were awesome yesterday!

Thanks for all you do for CAT Bill! I need to get another fish headed your way. Now is the time to do it for sure!

Awesome turnout; good to see so many new names on the leader board. Crappie fishing is growing and doing well. Weather conditions made it tough; hope the teams come back for more tournaments.

Thanks to the CAT Board for a great tournament.

Slewfoot, I sent you a PM. Congratulations to everyone who fished in the less than desirable weather. LOP can be a beast with the wind coming down the gut like it was. Also congratulations person who caught the 2.97# fish, well done.
