 Why have I gained 20lbs during this pandemic year?

This is just a part of it, but Lord knows it has to stop. How many more days until Jan 1st? I'm gonna enjoy every last cookie that crumbles into my pie hole, and starting Jan 1, it'll all change. Motivation and direction and just wanting to feel better about myself will kick in. I'm 240 now. This time last year I weighed 220 and I felt wonderful. It's sad to say, but true. Who will join me on Jan 1st for a new lease on life? Please join in. We can do this together. Yes, it's a roller coaster for me, but I'm finna fly down that track once again, and hopefully stay there. i would do something with you Awesome, butch. Letโs get some more players and figure out the details on Jan 1. We will PM everyone interested so it gives a chance for everyone to have input on accountability. We may even decide to put a prize together for the winner(s). Until then, letโs stuff it up!

I gained 10 lbs Thanksgiving. Turkey, dressing and mashpotatoes with homemade yeast rolls and chocolate meringue pie. Now I have to pay the Piper. 2 mile daily walks and NO Christmas candy!๐
