Why have I gained 20lbs during this pandemic year?

This is just a part of it, but Lord knows it has to stop. How many more days until Jan 1st? I'm gonna enjoy every last cookie that crumbles into my pie hole, and starting Jan 1, it'll all change. Motivation and direction and just wanting to feel better about myself will kick in. I'm 240 now. This time last year I weighed 220 and I felt wonderful. It's sad to say, but true. Who will join me on Jan 1st for a new lease on life? Please join in. We can do this together. Yes, it's a roller coaster for me, but I'm finna fly down that track once again, and hopefully stay there. I ain't getting any younger.

I gained 10 lbs Thanksgiving. Turkey, dressing and mashpotatoes with homemade yeast rolls and chocolate meringue pie. Now I have to pay the Piper. 2 mile daily walks and NO Christmas candy!😖

Planning on it, I'm back to the weight I was, at the end of 2015 before I got big into cycling. I'm not buying any bigger clothes so it's good January is only a few weeks away.

I’m four percent body fat....

I would say until 2020, I worked out 3-5 days a week, usually 5, and incorporated lots of "different exercise regiments."

In 2020, I have barely worked out most of the year, and especially since about June, barely at all!

I love food, all kinds, healthy food, fast food, junk, sweets, all of it, but my appetite is suppressed.

With what I eat per day, and almost no exercise (which is hard for me) I have NOT gained any weight.

In fact, my pants are really loose on me.

Why? I have developed bone-on-bone in my right hip, and I'm starting to feel it in my left.

It is f'ing crippling me!

Big scheme--I'm in worse shape than ever, and I have NOT gained weight because of it.

Prolly because muscle weighs more than fat. You prolly eat at a moderate level. I eat until it's gone. Not for very much longer, though. I'm ready to pump me up!

I just came off covid no taste or smell.
Lost some weight but need to drop more.
