OP Mo TFF Guru M Joined: Oct 2001 Posts: 15,309 Lake Palestine/Cherokee co	Roux could have been darker, but flavor is excellent. Not as good as Prejean’s , but close. 2 lbs shrimp, 1 1/2 lbs andouille, one pound crab.. I’m stuffed. Mo MY BACKYARD , 20,000 ACRES , NO MOWING

I'm reheating a pot of gumbo now, BTW a light roux thickens dishes easier than dark. Most people double haul so they can throw their mistakes further - Bernard "Lefty" Kreh - R.I.P.
