I voted no, due to the wife deployment. Family already cam two weeks ago and we had a thanksgiving dinner. Smoked a turkey and everything.
For the real thanksgiving it will be me and my two boys chowing down on some great American food and that’s it
However with that said family live in other states

Not enough family alive to have a big gathering anymore. I feel sad my kids don't get to experience what I had with a big family. Oh well, got a couple weims to feed some snacks too! I'd vote big get together if I could.

We will be gathering, but having a small family there will only be 6 adults and 2 grandchildren. Our daughter and SIL will are going to his parents house. I would like to go to my brothers house to see him and his family but he is 6 years older than me, I would hate to take the Covid to him and his family. We will just gather there after this stuff clears out, if ever.

We will be visiting with another couple. Our relatives have had recent exposures to people with covid.

The word “Friendsgiving” is what’s wrong with the world nowadays. It’s called THANKSGIVING!!! It is a holiday. It isn’t up for interpretation or modification. You are correct. I had to backtrack through this to see who used the term Friendsgiving. That is like calling Christmas "Tree Festival Day".
