I busted my shoulder about 10 years ago and have been getting cortisone shots since then. My ortho said they could fix it but I'm a little leery of it. The injury flattened part of the shoulder socket which limits my upward movement of my arm to a certain extent. Anybody had their socket replaced for this kind of injury??

Is this the same thing that is called frozen shoulder syndrome? No sir Shoulder Impingement and 'Frozen Shoulder Sydrome' are 2 separate issues.
Grateful for every sunrise and sunset I get to witness. - Jason
