Nice looking shack. So do you find the need to change out a primary disconnect from time to time? In windy conditions, structures like that are notorious for creating a microclimate around its base which will cause a severe downdraft effect
I would alter the shape to an octagon and install a FOS-12 wind screen to mitigate those effects Wth are you two talking about? I’m not cooking with the door closed if that’s what you’re thinking.

I don’t know what I’m gonna do with that. Any ideas? I am gonna make a water feature out of this one.

Think about lining the entire inside with welding blanket material or concrete board or aluminum sheet Safety first
It gets hot, dry, and windy there

I'd be more worried about leaving it sitting for extended periods and killer bees taking over..

I feel like this is gonna burn down first go Thanks for the vote of confidence, SgtDag! Finished it up this weekend. Grill with adjustable rack. Nothing falling through this grate! Shelf for the cutting board. Tools and a bottle opener. See honey! I told you I’d use that broken rake we’ve been kicking around in the garage for 18 years! Even has a little solar spotlight.

It could couple as a smokehouse. couple more screws and you could hang some serious hams on that rake.
