looks like he may have pulled his punch a little to just graze the side of her face....if he had hit her solidly,I believe her head would have been knocked backward and she would have hit the floor......also believe he got a bunch of spit in his face which triggered his response...

Mixed emotions. and thats bad for me. What has this world come to. 30-40 years ago I would never

Now, I don't understand why he did not just take control of her stupid [censored] without that love tap, but articulate the law and circumstances makes it sound different.....if you've never been in a use of force situation, you really don't know, and typically speak from emotions rather than fact

Nope. I’m small and squishy and have gotten hit before. But as someone who has made a 25 year long career of dealing with problem customers, it didn’t need to happen.
