Looks amazing! How long do they usually take to cook and at what temp? Kept EM @ 225-250 for about 2:30 hours. Were almost 190° when I sauced EM, Turned up the Heat too set the Glaze

It's pretty common to find pork belly at the grocery store now days. You might have to ask the butch. HEB has it out in their pork section. it's like a 1' x 1' slab.

Where did you buy pork belly? Looks like you're in Plano. The Asian grocery stores like HMart and Ranch99 usually has it.
