Looks fantastic.. Hey Magged, Did you cut that up right off the bat to make meat candy? Iโve got one in the freezer about that size and trying to figure out what to do with it.

Looks fantastic.. Hey Magged, Did you cut that up right off the bat to make meat candy? Iโve got one in the freezer about that size and trying to figure out what to do with it. Cubed it up rite off the bat, didn't sauce till about 185ยฐ .and just a light dusting of seasoning while I sauced them up!!!

Looks awesome. It's one of my personal favorites. I've been using the Jess Pryles recipe lately on them. But using Meat Church rub. So good.
