I used to follow Bubba when he raced motor cross. I rode when I was younger and he’s the whitest, black dude you’ll ever meet. He did that because he’s the only black nascar driver and felt obligated to come up with something. I don’t watch nascar and never will. I think it’s just bs. I gotta think you must be thinking of James Stewart. Different dude.

It is a message sent. Maybe they're cool with letting that particular fan split. Let's be honest, the lifeblood of that sport requires looking forward. Never been into it but did go to one race at TMS with my brother. After I accepted it as the worlds largest outdoor Walmart, the roar of the engines was amazing and it was cooler than I expected. Not cool enough to watch on tv but cool enough that i’d go again. Couldn’t care less about the flag.
