Used my new filet knife this afternoon. Man, I forgot how good a sharp one would work. I got a cheap one...forget the name, but should have bought two of them.

Fellas just go get you a black and decker fillet knife at wally world in the home department. Under $15 and has a 2 year warranty. Mine has clean hundreds of reds, spec and cats, still going strong, still cuts fine. You're welcome. x2. Been using them for years! Are y’all talking about this one? YES. About 12$ at Walmart.

The Bubba cordless is bad to the bone on crappie, white bass, catfish, and LMB 17" or smaller. How does it work on LMB 23” or larger? I need to be prepared for when my order of waterdogs arrives. 😬

I was wondering, my wife uses this one to cut turkey and stuff. After reading about them filleting fish, I tried it. It will keep its place in the kitchen, my American Angler will wear this thing smooth out.
