This is what happens when you have a professional sports league played and managed by mostly perpetual adolescents and owned by profit seeking moral compass.

Astros players and fans will have to have some incredibly thick skin this year. Everywhere they go they will be subjected to redicule,taunting, and insults. Players will be targets by opposing teams and fans alike. It could be a long, long season...unless, they are 10 games are more in the lead all year.

They were absolutely not the only team doing it... they just happened to be the team that won the World Series doing it and got caught red handed. Hate on Trout, or any of the others that have spoken their minds all you want... PED's or whatever to deflect from the whole point to the chaos, Houston cheated and got caught. I hope the Houston faithful are correct and they do win 100 games and take home the title in 2020, otherwise the legacy of the entire run for this team will forever be tainted.

No one in baseball, or the media, wanted the 'Stros in the WS either year.

They always want the Yankees, the Dodgers, the Reds, etc. in instead of a small market team like the Astros.

Strip the rings and trophy. No champion that year. I don't care if you suspend the players or not - that would be enough to deter this type of activity in the future IMHO.

Sign stealing is ok as long as electronics aren’t used. It’s a part of the game and always has been. The league sent a memo reminding teams that using electronics was illegal.

PEDs, while also illegal, is a much different animal. Pitchers were also taking them during that time. They don’t help you hit a baseball. Knowing what pitch is coming helps you hit a baseball, and the pitcher is at a severe disadvantage by the second inning if the other team knows what’s coming.

I’m sure using cameras and monitors was the norm, but that’s not my point.

I’m not condoning PEDs either. And I’d like to hear from Nolan, too.
