We been catching some of those slabs various spots on the lake, 22’ has been our magic depth. Great catch & post.

Had a great Christmas afternoon fishing with the wife and daughter. Caught and released 142 in only 2.5 hours. The first 50 were magnum white bass about 1.5 lbs. Looks like you found them! To answer your question, yes I was north of Katy bridge just off the channel break.
