My brother, who was on a downward spiral due to alcohol, just passed 1 year of being sober. You can do this. Take it one day at a time.

I have never went 100 days without drinking I am on day 16.  Go to an AA meeting. Lots of help there. They are in the same boat. Just not drinking today. Message me for my number if you want to talk or attend a meeting together

Never smoked(parents smoked enough for the whole family) am allergic to Hops. One beer and I could hardly walk, two beers and I would be in a coma. I had my last drink when my daughter was born Sept. 28th 1970. So what I am saying is it can be done. Takes a strong will and to not let life get you down.

Friends and I made a New Years resolution years ago to quit drinking. We made it to halftime of the Cotton Bowl.
