Sorry i couldn't help myself.
Not much bass fishing chatter lately. Everyone still hiding under a shade tree? I keep looking at my weather app 10 day outlook praying to see high of 70 and overcast.

Seems like every time someone posts on here about going somewhere and catching fish they get slammed on here by people saying why would you post on here where you are catching fish you are going to ruin the lake.

I keep looking at my weather app 10 day outlook praying to see high of 70 and overcast. You're about 1000 miles too far south.

Slow for me.. seems to have been a really good shad hatch this year on Joe Pool.. inch and a half shad by the billions everywhere.. hard to fool them when they have that much food around, gonna try an A Rig next time out.

Check the oxygenater thread. I did try to keep up, then decided I would rather shovel out horse stalls. You catch anything yesterday? Topwater been very good to me last 3 times out on RR. One 3 on a C Rig after that.

Lavon was slow. Few on cranks. Only spent 3 hours out there.
Stress less, relax more. Go fishing.

I was thinking the same thing, not seeing alot of bass catching talk. I have been trying to get ready, just been too darn hot. Put together some (new to me) ned rig stuff got a new TFO rod and plan a trip to BP to look at a St Croix. So what would you guys be throwing in a late summer/fall transition? What air/water temps trigger the "change" ?

Fishing wise did great on Texoma last weekend before the Champs off limit started.

Especially when the Squaw threads crank up! Just saw that fall OFFICIALLY begins tomorrow(Monday). Forecast mid 90’s all week. “UNOFFICIALLY” not fall! Can’t wait for cooler weather.
