Wait, weren't you the one complaining about customers or something at your job?
Something about keep your doors open late? Maybe you need to show a little customer service. I like this...we need more OT historians. People seem to think they can just let their willy fly and it will never swing around and smack them in their own face. It's love/hate relationship when that happens

$400 to reset alarms? WTH would they have charged to replace the windshield on a brand new vehicle? A good reason not to buy a Toyota. They trying to JAP you. Hey look, our resident racist showed up. Our resident internet tough guy showed up. $400 to reset or disable alarms on a brand new vehicle. This isn’t the first time you’ve made racist comments on here. Get help. when I changed tire size I went to a dealer to have the truck reprogramed for 34", cost 125.00 for 15 min. of a tech with a laptop and they had to program to 35s like come on the raptor.
shops charge by the hr. and while 400 is a rip off imo I don't know what they have to reprogam so it may take awhile?

It’s regarded as an ethnic slur I have a couple of Chevy's and a compact Hyundai for commuting. The South Koreans know what is up. Runs like a top and don't get ripped off if I have an issue. 34 MPG.
And I know who "Jeff" is.

Why should the dealership or manufacturer pay for a fly by night glass companies screw up? Yup. They didn’t break it and now they’re supposed to fix it??? “I replaced the screen on my day old iPhone and now it doesn’t work and Apple won’t fix it for free.”  Its not glass dummbass. Its the electric stuff associated with it. Apple toyota same thing
