Academy just had a 20% off sale and you could have gotten another 7% Cash Back from Active Junky and that was with free shipping.  That is about as good of a sale as it gets. I got a new set of Oakley Flak Jacket 2.0's among other things during the sale.

steepandcheap has been a good site for me. there is also a guy over in the for sale forum ( thomas_z71 ) that has some really good deals on them.

I 2nd the Ebay comment as a place to look. I paid $65 for a "used" pair of Costa 580 G Permits as a back-up. They were given to the guy as a gift and the big frames did not fit his face. When I got them they looked brand new and I liked the $65 price much better than the $249 price tag that was still on the box. You can usually buy them new on Ebay for about 30% off the retail price.

You can also wait for the next tackle warehouse 20% off sale. Or, if you can find them on Amazon, Academy will match the price and take off another 5%. My wife got a pair a while back for under $140.
