No but I’d recommend checking out smiths. Way better imo

Academy just had a 20% off sale and you could have gotten another 7% Cash Back from
Active Junky and that was with free shipping.
That is about as good of a sale as it gets.
I got a new set of Oakley Flak Jacket 2.0's among other things during the sale.

I've bought many here for myself and gifts. You have to check often because stock changes daily as does the prices.

I bought green and blue and got rid of the blue, the green is better in every condition.

Check Amazon. I got a pair of brand new 580P Zanes for $110 about a month ago.

I 2nd the Ebay comment as a place to look. I paid $65 for a "used" pair of Costa 580 G Permits as a back-up. They were given to the guy as a gift and the big frames did not fit his face. When I got them they looked brand new and I liked the $65 price much better than the $249 price tag that was still on the box. You can usually buy them new on Ebay for about 30% off the retail price.

You can also wait for the next tackle warehouse 20% off sale. Or, if you can find them on Amazon, Academy will match the price and take off another 5%. My wife got a pair a while back for under $140.
Why would anyone wait for any sale? They are on ebay brand new all the time cheaper than any of the SALES..

How do you tell if they are fakes? Is there some tell tell marking? I generally watch for sales, but if you can be sure that you are getting legit deals on ebay, it may be something to look into.

Dunno partner, ebay sellers cant get bad feed back and keep selling seems like a non issue to me.

Supposedly if they have 580 etched onto the lens they are the real deal. Have bought 3 pairs off fleabay and haven’t had a problem.

I just bought a pair off of govx.com a few months ago. They were considerably cheaper than amazon, academy or cabelas at the time I was shopping.

Re: Costa sunglasses - 08/04/19 01:46 AM
I see deals on the frames with great glass like the 580 stuff, but what if you want a Rx lens, these things go for $800 in a hurry. I should see about getting laser surgery on my eyes so I can just buy sunglasses instead of the Rx lens that change every few years anyhow. Where would you go for a reasonable price on a Rx lens?

I have bought a couple of pairs from Ebay. I broke 1 and sent it back to costa for repair. They repaired it so they must of been real. Just look at the sellers feedback and if it seems to good to be true it probably is.

Go to Dillard’s. Look for the clearance glasses and take an additional 40% off. I bought some for $70 last night.

Joma Shop has brand new costas, Ray Bans, and Oakleys, starting at under $90 and they frequently have coupons for $20 off.
