Except the Big Crappie Bonanza is on Lavon not Fork. Oh now you had to go burst my bubble.  Does Fork have the biggest crappie in Texas? I�ll be going back for sure, probably next weekend. Maybe not the biggest but many of us think it has the highest concentration of big fish.

I don't know from experience but three very well known guides all concluded that Fork is the best lake when it comes to big crappie. Lake O Pines was second.
I just started fishing fork for crappie this year and I've caught a lot of fish this year, my best was about 2.5 back during the spawn.

I just started fishing fork for crappie this year and I've caught a lot of fish this year, my best was about 2.5 back during the spawn.
No pic it didn't happen.
