If you put it on a credit card you can dispute the charges and will likely win. On stuff like this I always put it on a card. Hope it all turns out for you,
its bs that they won't give your money back.

What a mess! The GBRA has some major explaining to do. juggle Maybe some changes need to be made in the GBRA! hmmm




Side Note: The dam on Lake Wood has been broken for years! I was told that the GBRA had no money to fix it and just left it as is. soap

Sounds like to me, they dont have to explain anything. I guess people who live there better hope GBRA fixes the dam, its GBRAs money paying for the fix after all.


Or should the homeowners pay the 10 million for a new dam?

Dont they have a cacellation policy? Guessin u are a week or 2 out? I rent my house out and would never do that to someone.

Why replace the dam? Has there been a study on repairing the existing dams? Dunlap dam is 91 years old. Will the proper repairs make it last another 91 years?

Maybe it would be less expensive to just do away with the dam all together and connect Dunlap and McQueeny. On another note, I would hope TP&W would come up with a plan to prepare to save the fish that would get stranded, it may actually become an environmental issue if their is a large number of fish.
