Buddy that just moved from Seguin has been getting emergency service notices all morning about a dam failure on Dunlap. Doesn't look good for those down stream with flow levels projected to reach 11K

We had a vacation rental on the lake and had alredy paid 1K deposit. The owner won't return the deposit as she said it was a freak of nature so we are sol. Go and stay, make sure it takes a 1k to clean the place up when you leave. LOL
