Interesting. Is that where you go to meetings and count calories? Does it cost anything?

You don't have to go to the workshops but the success rate is a lot higher. You don't count calories but they have assigned points to food. There are 200 zero point foods such as fruits, vegetables, chicken breast and seafood. I get 36 points a day. I don't really track as some do. I kind of do it in my head. There is an app that you put on your phone. It has a bar code scanner so you can look up what the points would be as you go through the grocery store. You figure out what you can eat pretty quickly. I signed up for six months and it is about $35 a month. You never really have to deprive yourself of anything on this one. You can eat anything you like you just can't eat everything you like. I've tried some of the other plans but I was looking for something I can do long term. Most people on keto or Adkins aren't able to sustain that diet. Whatever you decide good luck.

His point is, pure, natural, non processed foods are the key. Not all of them, obviously, but vegetables and proteins, cut out carbs except some natural carbs, no starch, some people cut dairy, etc.

Nutrisystem is shakes and premade meals, right? Processed foods? Stay away from those is what Coach is saying.

I have lost 20 pounds in the last 4 weeks on KETO. It does work and very fast. Zero sugar and only 20 grams of carbs a day.

Cutting carbs and eating natural foods will do it. And quickly. I had a friend do whole thirty in January. He lost over 30 pounds. Keto works for a lot of people too. Keto seems to have more detractors but it works.

Carbs are the issue. Sugar is bad. Processed foods are bad. Look into whole 30, keto, read the book coach mentioned. Find whats right for you.

Might also work, Bob. Add in Taco Bell occasionally and you might accelerate your losses.

I'm on it. Brought back memories of my Grandpa Davis. Camel non filters. Packing them down with the pack before he opened them, then ever once in a while spittin out a little piece of tobacco. Lung cancer took him.
