I have not tried it but if you want to commit to eating it for the rest of your life go ahead. As soon as you stop eating them you will go back to your old habits. Try Weight Watchers. I'm down 35 pounds since August. Learn to eat the right things and it will come off.

BIL liked it. His alarm was always going off. I'm not sure they do anything that you can't do. Tiny portions, multiple times a day. My wife ordered it then got pregnant. Pretty sure I ate her months supply in a week. It wasn't bad. It wasn't good either.

You can get pregnant from ordering it? I'm out.

I will have to see if the cost is worth it.

I’m on Weight Watchers and it’s very helpful. Tracking really helps me.

Well Barbara, it takes the necessary equipment to do so... That's up to you.

To better clarify, my wife ordered it, then shortly after found out she was prego, the doctor advised against staying on that "diet".

For fast weight loss, consider the Keto or Atkins Diet

Thanks, we'll look at the Keto. I think the wife and daughter tried the Atkins already if that is the zero carb one.

Both of those diets are low carb but I think the Atkins is more severe

Cost wise, it might be the same money to buy the Nutrisystem stuff vs. buying regular groceries. It would sure be nice to not hear "Well what do you want for supper". I never know how to answer that.

Interesting. Is that where you go to meetings and count calories? Does it cost anything?
