We both battled cancer and I was lucky that mine left for good, while his was persistent. He was strong and in good humor and realistic all the way through his illness. This hurts my heart. I will miss this man forever. Loved fishing with him and he was one of the best. So very sad. I am lost for words. RIP Billy D.

He was in his little bass buster, wacking 8-9 lbrs as we were struggling to catch a fish. We ask him what he was doing to catch those fish. And he quickly showed us. Our fishing changed that day and I will never forget it. Very good man that will be missed greatly. Prayers sent for Kay and their family.
