Keep getting this on Lowrance HDS 12 Gen 3 #12975019 11/24/18 10:40 PM

OP BigHead248 Angler Joined: Aug 2016 Posts: 376 Waxahachie, TX	This keeps popping up while on the water. When at home and connected to WiFi I can�t get it to pop up. It shows all updates are current. Anyone have a clue what�s going on?

Sawhorse TFF Guru S Joined: Feb 2018 Posts: 17,160 BCBassCat Town	Did you plug the sd card with update loaded into the unit before, or after powering up the unit? (Unit needs to be off, updated sd card plugged in - then unit powered up.)

By the way, I have an abundance of desire to help...but I have less than a low level of expertise. Maybe look around page 46 of the attached info and see if it could help. Best of luck my friend!
