I demanded my damn money before I got off the last green. Don’t get me wrong, I won that. But I now kind of feel bad about it.

You don't feel bad. C'mon, you're grinning when you think about it.

Not taking money rightfully won gambling during golf is way more offensive than beating some old dudes at golf. You didn’t ask them to play. You didn’t ask them the gamble. They’re bad golfers and bad gamblers.

I would have shook those Keystones up and sprayed them all over the place in celebration. Teach them geezers who they’re messing with.

Scared money has no home, as WAWI says, and you never throw losers a bone.

People I use to play with do not allow me to play anymore. After about 10 strokes to get one on the green, each hole was kinda slow. Because of me we would have quite the backup of players. Then I would get frustrated and pull the spinning rod out of my bag and cast a rubber jig at the bass that were teasing me in the water hazsards. After a couple of years of this, I quicky learned golf is just not my sport.

I always carry a little pad of paper and a pen. When something like this happens, I ask for their names. That way, when I’m screaming that I’m kicking arse and taking names, I already have the names.

I won $40 bucks on quarter bets against a bunch of old timers when I was 16. They could afford it and allowed me to play with their fivesome, as we were often the only ones playing some days. You could press to get even and they kept pressing. I shot 63 with a hole in one that day. Told them they got a cheap golf lesson. roflmao

They were hustling you and didn't expect you to bow out at 9 holes.

Mud,
I know most of the old golfers because I am one. The word around the club is that several old guys are trying to get on your good side. They want you to introduce them to your SIL.
