It's going to be over pool.... which means the gates will be open...which means go fish Holbrook I wouldn't. Just hit up a power plant lake. The one I've been going to, the fish don't seem as affected by the recent temperature drop. No monsters but consistent 3's and 4's. When was the last time Holbrook fished like that? Which power plant lake did you go to ? Yeah, right. One that doesn't get very much traffic and I'd like to keep it that way. I commend you sir. Well done.

Welsh is the only power plant lake within reasonable distance of fork. That's where I would go!! You don't need anything but a split shot rigged fluke out there.

How far up the line do you place the split shot? About 18". Use a small clam weight. Works way better than a normal small split shot. And you can fish it a little deeper.
