Can't say enough about how we were treated at Moritz this past weekend, Tony and Monte were great, my Wife loves her new Texas Addition Tahoe. That's what it's all about, keep your honey happy. Got a great price and the experience was pleasant, very nice folks over there.
Thanks again guys, the usual process is a beating, not with y'all.. flehan cheers

Seem like there is no in between at Moritz. The reviews run about 2/3 terrible experience and 1/3 best experience ever. I realize some people cannot be made happy no matter what you do. The exception seem to be Tony and Monte helping you. With out them on your side it sounds like every other dealership in the country per the multiple reviews.
Guess I need to speak with Tony or Monte. I'd really like a good experience buying a truck in this life time.

I agree with the good experience, main reason I mentioned those two, but everyone was super nice. That's why I'm letting you know about it..

We'll be getting our 2019 Tahoe from them any day. Monte and Tony are the best!

I highly recommend the Texas Edition Tahoe
It's a baby step away from the Premier, for a considerable amount less with all the bling... Super nice..

Here's the deal if you go in and expect a deal of a lifetime it probably ain't gonna happen, but if you want a fair deal with no hassle's and a friendly atmosphere you will be very pleased. Monte and the gang try to make it a painless as possible and that's what puts them above most all of the dealers.

Where are you getting that Moritz has 2/3 terrible experience and 1/3 best experience? Even their Google reviews show 4.4 stars out of 5 on 639 reviews. They rarely have a bad review and when they do, they go overboard to try and make the customer happy. You can't please all the people all the time, but Moritz for sure does NOT get 2/3rds bad reviews.

Selling cars is a tough business. Most people who walk in your door are already on the defensive. We've been working with Moritz almost 15 years and our members have purchased thousands of vehicles from them. You can count on one hand the number of people who have come back to the TFF with a less than positive experience.

I've bought 4 trucks from Monte since 1999, once before he worked at Moritz and the rest while he was at Moritz. Last truck I bought had 80,000 miles on it. They have a plan if you simply service the vehicle per the mfg's recommendations or service manual - they will warrant the engine and drive train for the life of the vehicle. You don't even have to have it serviced there. This year when it had 155,000 miles on it I hauled the boat to Falcon and back in January, the day after I got back the transmission went out, took it back to Moritz, they fixed it for free. They once wrecked my vehicle when they were moving the truck from the tire rotation area to the oil changing station. Guy backed into a steel column. They provided me with a loaner, till they fixed it. Their fee for tire rotation and oil change on my 3/4 ton truck is less than $70. Heck jiffy lube charges $120 just for my oil change. Let alone my monster tire rotation. Monte is my vehicle provider for life, done deal, don't try to talk me out of it.

When someone that lives in Arkansas tries to judge a car dealership in Texas. I'm not listening. I cant remember anyone saying anything bad about Moritz. I bought my last truck their. Best experience I've ever had. With that being said, any car can break down. The dealership doesnt manufacturer then. They just service them. Moritz service department is top notch. I'm so glad I judge from experience. Not from hear say or rumors.
