Henry didn't do too well w/his interveiw. Sounds like a p'od kid that wasn't picked for the team. He's one of my favorites. Hate to see him in that light. Maybe that's why he wasn't invited? Been my thoughts exactly Chris. I like Hank but don't like how him and several others have handled this. And for him to specifically call out Boyd as one he doesn't feel deserves to be in MLF is not smart. I can't believe he is letting pride potentially ruin him in the future.

So the BPT is also every scoreable bass counts. Man, that changes everything for a tournament fisherman. Dinkfest city. And no weigh in for people to watch and get excited about live? Just the winner sitting in his boat saying Well I just Won, Yea! HMMMMMM!

It has its place in the regular mlf format but I dont think Ill like it for 80 fishermen out on the water. What I enjoy most about a tournament is watching the drama of a weigh in where they actually put fish on a scale and it comes down to just a few ounces live and in person. I think it will grow old and become monotonous for the fan after a while. I hope that maybe they are just using this for a smoke screen to start out with and then switch to the traditional 5 fish format over time.

The top 17 in AOY standings from BASS went to MLF.
30 of the top 35 went to MLF
40 of the top 50 went to MLF
...also 8 of the bottom 15 went to MLF
Out of the 110 field, they have 44 returning to BASS Elites.
