What's the legal damage for using a CHL weapon to dispatch a snake within the city limits of Austin?
could you tell the judge you were trying to protect hot babes and their dogs and cats?

My wife is 100 per cent sure it is a cottonmouth, and according to her she has never been wrong.

Vertical bars on the lower jaw say it's not a cottonmouth. Cottonmouth has horizontal black line. Also appears to have round pupils, so I'm going with non-venomous water snake.

Your going to need to cut its head off and then immediately grab the head and hold it on your palm while taking a picture. I would definitely be able to give you the correct answer then.

could you tell the judge you were trying to protect hot babes and their dogs and cats? A hoe is a better choice. But you pay for the full hour even for a few minutes

The obvious thing you can see from the photo is a thick body shrinking to a tiny tail. If we could see the head, we could better identify. That IS the snake's head and not its tail.
