I can't catch fish worth a damn plus I refuse to call a tournament a derby and I will not wear white sunglasses. That seals a lifetime of mediocrity for me. I’m in the same boat.

My guess is that everyone on this site is an above fisherman if we are using the population of the USA as the group that is being sampled.  Disagree. And I was using only the users of this site, not the entire nation. I think you would be surprised how many folks on this site dont fish. Keeps them busy at work or a place to voice their opinion. I also think you would surprised by the weekend warriors on here.

In order for us to correctly judge our "average" we must define what the median is... ie: Plus or minus on fish caught? Weight of average fish caught? Average fish catch per lake?  Ok, would you consider yourself an above average angler. Were all full of pride, you can be honest. We're  Strike out pride... insert: shiot
