Did you actually fry fish in flour? That ain't right if you did.
Crappie deserves to be dredged in corn meal of some type.

I have tried corn meal and mix of corn meal / flour, it does not turn out as good for me. I try not to fry too much, most of the time I go the healthy boring way like my wife. grin
