Did you actually fry fish in flour? That ain't right if you did.
Crappie deserves to be dredged in corn meal of some type.

Crappie deserves to be dredged in corn meal of some type.
I have tried corn meal and mix of corn meal / flour, it does not turn out as good for me. I try not to fry too much, most of the time I go the healthy boring way like my wife.
