Can someone please tell me the name of that place that has the best chicken fried steak ?
I remember reading it in post once before but cant remember it.

Chicken fried steak place is called shady glade. Its upriver from Johnsons marina about half a mile

+1 on Shady Glade CFS. Friday night ribeye special at the Lighthouse Bar and Grill is great also. Drive to Jefferson for BBQ @ Riverport!

At the time, I did not know about the CFS or I would have tried it. I wanted to go to the lighthouse for ribeyes, but by the time I got there, got unloaded and had a cool one, all I really wanted to do was just answer my texts, call my wife to I made it without rapture and that I love her, and go to bed...lol even the prospect of a live band couldnt unglue my arse from that sofa...and I just love live music...
