Places to eat at Caddo ?

Can someone please tell me the name of that place that has the best chicken fried steak ?
I remember reading it in post once before but can’t remember it.

Chicken fried steak place is called shady glade. It’s upriver from Johnson’s marina about half a mile

+1 on Shady Glade CFS. Friday night ribeye special at the Lighthouse Bar and Grill is great also. Drive to Jefferson for BBQ @ Riverport!

Got a burger at Shady Glades...very good bacon cheeseburger! At the time, I did not know about the CFS or I would have tried it.

I wanted to go to the lighthouse for ribeyes, but by the time I got there, got unloaded and had a cool one, all I really wanted to do was just answer my texts, call my wife to I made it without rapture and that I love her, and go to bed...lol even the prospect of a live band couldn’t unglue my arse from that sofa...and I just love live music...

Im out...caddo is not very good for potlickers...all the cypresses will block my vision making it to hard to fish...not fair.

But that means they can't see you either! Might want to re-think that.
