I have been using Duckett rods for about 3 years now and I love them but those dang micro eyes keep popping off and the only local guy around here is $20 per eye to replace. I currently have 6 rods with eyes missing. So I am considering changing brands and looking at Powell, Irod and kinda like the new Bass Pro Carbon Lite 2.0. Let me know suggestions on what is light weight and held up well...thanks

My suggestion would be to buy used. I have about 30 rods now and I would bet 20 I bought used at close to half cost. All my rods are $250-450 new (Loomis GLX, Kistler Z-Bone & Helium, Dobyns Champ Extreme) but I got hem at a steal and maybe a year old by the time I bought them. Too many people upgrade or re-stock every year and need to the newest item, so I just buy what they no longer need. I would bet you could get a Champ Extreme in that price range you mentioned, and definitely some kistler Helium options in that range. Try here : http://www.bbcboards.net/forumdisplay.php?f=22

Dobyns has three line of rods in that price range. The Colt Series, Fury Series, and Sierra Series. They are great rods and probably one of the most versatile rods on the market.

I would go with powell or the falcon low riders if I were buying new, but I buy used rods at a fraction of the cost. Re-wrapping those guides is a easy task to do your self if you have a little extra time, I watched a few youtube videos and its a breeze.

Look for used rods in trader and classified, saw a good Power Tackle rod ( too short for me ) 6'6" for 120 to your door and list for 320 bucks.

I love those new Carbon lite 2.0s rods. And they are under your price range.
I would also suggest that its rather easy to replace guides.

TFO Pacemaker Series. I know its not on your list but great rods for the money and tough.
