HA yeah I'm 100% serious the first time it didn't really blow up it just had a miss at idle and a check engine light. Felt like a vacuum leak, but when I took it in they found metal shavings everywhere. They put in a new engine, turbos and cats. Second time 4000 miles later the turbo seal was bad leaking oil into the exhaust and coolant somewhere (didn't quite hear that part real well) and then the bottom end of the engine went out. Lots of knocking and trying to lock up. And this is all still under warranty so I've been taking it to Ford. It's a company work/personal truck so I keep driving whatever they put me in.

I can show a link to just about any engine out there that has blown. Unfortunately, it happens sometimes. I can also show a link to a guy with over 350k miles on his ecoboost.

If you look closely at that picture you will notice that Ford always circles the problem right there on the steering wheel.

I haven't owned nor driven a pickup in years.
Still love my Payed for and minor troubled Yukon. (2003)
Good luck with the new models guys!
Some folks mouths, flat out runs their minds.

It would have a cummins 4bt in it now. Was my first truck, a great truck, and I very much regret selling it.

Million mile eco.....or not I still want to know what the routine maintenance is. I wonder if there were some major overhauls on that motor or not.
