Need an accurate scale I can keep in my backpack while I am bank fishing. I bought one and it broke the 2nd time out so I am guessing a need to drop some decent money on something solid.

Good size for a backpack. There are nicer scales; but to get something significantly better; you enter the above $100 price point

Rapala digital one works pretty good for me. Costs around $35 and can be bought at academy so if it breaks you can return it.

Don't think I'd be toting electronic scales around in my backpack. I'd go with a Boga Grip.

Check out an Accu-cull scale, you can get one for around $35. I use two scales in the boat, one is a Cull-M-Rire and the other is an Accu-cull. I double check them a few times a year with a 5lb and 10lb dumbbell, and the scales always read within .05 of each other.
