Need an accurate scale I can keep in my backpack while I am bank fishing. I bought one and it broke the 2nd time out so I am guessing a need to drop some decent money on something solid.

Good size for a backpack.
There are nicer scales; but to get something significantly better; you enter the above $100 price point

Rapala digital one works pretty good for me. Costs around $35 and can be bought at academy so if it breaks you can return it.

I use this one and it works great...I've had mine for just shy of two years now with no issues.

Don't think I'd be toting electronic scales around in my backpack. I'd go with a Boga Grip.

I had the Berkley one first and part of the lcd screen went out on me, so I bought this one and have been very pleased. Its been very accurate in my experience as well.

Check out an Accu-cull scale, you can get one for around $35. I use two scales in the boat, one is a Cull-M-Rire and the other is
an Accu-cull. I double check them a few times a year with a 5lb and 10lb dumbbell, and the scales always read within .05 of each other.
