OluKai- Ohana Koa s- Best quality chanclas out there. comfortable and will last a long time if you take care of them.

I have been wanting to try these shoes but I'm worried that they will sweat like crocs do. Is that not the case?

Olukai for sure!!!! Takes a few days to break them in, but once you do nothing else compares...

What style of Reef do you like?
I was looking at some yesterday that had a bottle opener on the bottom.
They seemed to have pretty good cushion.

The Reefs you looked at with a bottle opener are called the Fannings. They are the higher end/priced reefs but they are also by far the most comfortable and durable. I have about 10 pair. Only had one pair tear up over the years and that was when I was hit by a car in them... (long story of which I don't remember much of even before the car hit me).

Columbia pfg slip ons. I have a couple pair and best boat shoe ver made. I have tevas, soft science. (Hot) but go to my pfg' every time. Just pull the insoles out and put the shoes and insoles in wash with the rest of your stuff. Good luck JD.

They seemed to have pretty good cushion. I like the Rovers I bought a few months back. First time trying Reefs. Dry fast when they get wet and are very comfortable. You can buy them on Amazon a lot cheaper as well. Have about 4-5 pair of Olukais that I like a lot. They last forever too.
