Mine have collars with their names and our phone numbers embroidered in the collar, plus they are chipped.

Good news. Several people posted in a community social media site and his owner was found. They picked him up last night from one of my neighbors house.

You are a responsible pet owner, if you can call a cat a pet. Not being sarcastic but cats pretty much do their own thing.

Glad to hear. Maybe someone could teach the owner to put a phone number and a rabies tag on that collar.

Owning a pit in itself is not responsible

Gotta disagree. Owning a pit requires additional responsibility.

And [censored] on dog owners that don't train their dogs. My boy got 8 stitches in his face a few days ago thanks to a 115 pound 'puppy'. I never noticed the scratches across his back until time for pajamas later that night.

Holy cow that came out big.

my neighbors lock their dog in the garage all day and night

not irresponsible (until summer time) but I don't understand why people like that even have pets

don't get a dog if you don't have time to train it to not bark all the time or [censored] all over your house

That is some [censored] right there. You cannot give that animal the life it deserves if you do not do your part.
