Is the meeting on Friday night mandatory? What is the reason for it? are you the captain of your boat ? if so then yes that's why it is called a captains meeting .if not then proceed to the first mates meeting.

I guess I should have looked at the website ? maybe that's why they keep sending me to the 1st mates meeting ?
