Does anyone know where to get minnows around RC? I saw people bring minnows with them, unfortunately, there seems like no live bait store near my area (east Plano).

Does anyone know where to get minnows around RC? I saw people bring minnows with them, unfortunately, there seems like no live bait store near my area (east Plano). fishermans supply is the closest. I don't like driving over there so I've been netting my own lately.

Clarks tackle box off of I30 near george bush is pretty close. Use to be fisherman supply, he opens at 6am. 696 E. I -30 Frontage Rd Garland, Texas

your pic it does'nt look got limited including [yellow bass] buddy.13 sand bass and 3-4 yellow bass.any way nice post and good job!!!!

There is a place on the turn before Bass Pro shops on service road of I-30 that is good also, Valero gas station I think? They have both medium and large available. About the same price.

I think I might try to head out there tomorrow. What time would you say the bite is best around? I think I've heard people say it usually shuts off around 9. Am I correct?

Passed by Miller Bridge and 66 this am. Only a few cars this morning. Even parked for a few minutes but once that cold breeze hit me........decided to go to the donut shop at Miller and Centerville and then back home.
Donuts, coffee and the Rifleman......and a warm house.

this morning went to the creek fishing .was slowly catch few .then move to north gun range .few people wear wader fishing under the 190 bridge with minnow they did very good ,catch about 30 sand bass when i leave .also there had crappie but small. i might try one day .good luck and good fishing rc [please pick up your trash]!!!!!!!
