I guess since I run a phoenix I'll never know the feeling of butt hurt like some on this post. All jokes aside, the local dealer in little ol Vidor texas sold over 70 in less than a year. They couldn't keep them in stock.

I would love to have me a brand new skeeter but it seems like you can't go wrong with anything out there right now

It shocks me that the Ranger is cheaper than the Skeeter.

People then feel the need to bash out of fear and jealousy that they might not be in the best boat out there anymore lol. With that being said I did get your original post Frank. Phoenix definitely has some of the hottest sticks on the planet driving there boats.
This is exactly what is happening and people cant stand especially the Ranger guys. I own a bird and it is by far the best all round bass boat made and its showing on the market.

This Ranger guy actually defended a Phoenix earlier in this post. bolt

Here's some verifiable market data. I know 15 people with boats:

5 Rangers = 33%
4 Skeeters = 27%
2 BassCats = 13%
2 Nitros = 13%
1 Triton = 7%
1 Legend = 7%

What did I win?

But seriously... Interestingly enough, this came up last year with Phoenix:

The guy is a fan of Phoenix boats and a lot of Phoenix owners think they made a great decision to purchase one and are proud. Let them shine!

Ranger $53,000
Skeeter $56,000
Phoenix $48,000

That surprised me. I didn't look at new values but assume there must be a similar difference in entry point price.

Back to the original topic. I agree that Phoenix has a great pro staff.

The 921 which is a 21'6" boat with 250 Pro XS and two HDS 8 with a 101 MK and all the rest of the standard stuff for Phoenix sold new for 55,900.00 in 2013. They are a 65,000 range today with same stuff. I believe Phoenix came out with their first Phoenix in 2009, it was a 721. I believe their are a lot of good boats out there. The Phoenix has done well for the few years it has been selling Phoenix boats. They still have a long way to go to even come close to Ranger or Skeeter for sales. I like my 921 but it will not be the perfect boat, its just the perfect boat for me. I still believe for resale you will have a hard time beating Ranger, but they do not do bad in comparison to other brands. just my .02

Well we know this guy isn't thinking correctly this evening. Obama voters don't have jobs they can't buy any of the great boats out there. LOL
